HRMMM.. are you thinking from here to virgin islands and skipping tropical shipping, cause from what I understand this is
what it sounds like you are thinking. But if so we are in still same boat, it would still go from here to Miami fed ex freight
or our other freight company whichever we see is best. Because our freight companies DO NOT ship outside continental
U.S. and your FED EX number did not meet our requirements for this shipping freight from what I remember last time
?

Thanks Joe. It would still be good to know the timing and price for Fedexing as if it's reasonable price for a
smaller amount and a quicker arrival time, I may want to FedEx.

Hi hope your day is going well sorry for getting back to you so late... It has been crazy here. I see from the emails
and talking with stephanie you are ready to place another order? From the info I got you need 6 sheets of acrylic mirror
and some more mastic glue? If so no problem I guess stephanie told you we had those items in stock, If this is the items
you need no problem and in shipping aspect honestly the best thing is let's ship it the same way we did last time I will
get a quote from my freight guy to get it from here to Miami to tropical shipping. Then once it arrives there you take
care of tropical shipping arrangements on your end cause last time we talked that actually worked out best for both of
us and was cost effective for you . Let me know what you think so we can proceed forward..

Yes, that's what you did last time. Joe had gotten me quotes from FedEx and shipping times for the first order,
but since it was so much material the price didn't make sense. Since its a smaller amount this time, I wanted to
get a price for Fedexing this new order. Joe, maybe we can speak directly on the phone about this if easier?
Also, do you have the material on hand, or will I need to wait for you to receive first, cut to size, then ship to
me?

As I recall the last order was shipped to Tropical in Miami and I believe you had arranged to have a boat ship it from
Miami to the VI. So I have quoted this using the same method which would be for us to ship to Miami. We do not ship
out of the US. You would need to contact FedEx with your account number in order to get a price. I would be more
than happy to give you the weight and size of all materials after being packaged for that if you like. Please let me know.
Thanks!

Thank you Stephanie. I've copied Joe here to ask his help once again with shipping times and info. I'm
wondering if you could find out the lead times and cost for shipping if we were to ship via FedEx, and if we
were to ship the same method as last time. Also, do we need to wait for you to receive the product from the
manufacturer first? I'm just trying to give me client real lead times on when he can receive the extra panels
and mastic. Thanks again for all your help,
Best,

Hello Stephanie,
Our installers had some issues with a few of the panels and we need to order 6 more of the mirrors size 83x48
and more of the mirror mastic.
Can you please send me a quote for this. Thanks very much,
