The boards have been photographed and the photographs sent to the National Museum for an export permit.
The crates are being made. My brother had to get some treated wood from Lae by ship as the US is very tough
on crates these days.

HI
Just wanted to get any updates on the panels. If you could keep me informed of any progress that would be very much appreciated.
Thank you.

Dear
The boards are now at my house in Wewak. I now have to have my brother photograph them and send the
pictures to the PNG Museum to get a permit to export. That will take a week or two with sufficient nagging.
Then they can leave the country. I will keep you updated.

HI
Checking in again. Any word? Are you hopeful we will ever get the panels?
I just need to know if I should be looking for alternatives? Thank you,

Dear =,
I can get the panels shipped directly to Florida. They will have to clear customs.
The panels haven't made it into Wewak yet and my carpenter is standing by to build plywood crates...
Will let you know as I do.

Hi IM
Are you having the panels shipped to you first, then you will ship them to me? Or what's the best way to go about this?
Ultimately I need them to end up in St.Thomas, USVI. We do have a freight forwarding company we use out of Florida to have
things shipped from the mainland, Tropical Shipping if you are having them shipped first to you in California. Just trying to
figure out all the logistics. Also, when will you need final payment from me? Thanks..

Dear =,
I finally got an email this morning saying the panels are ready. They want payment before they let them go and I wired
money today. (The last lot still haven't been paid for by the German buyer). They should be taken into Wewak next week
and my carpenter can then make the plywood crates for them. My estimate would be 3 - 4 weeks from now. Sorry it has
taken so long. Communication is difficult.

Just checking in to see if you have any update on the panels? Do you know if they are ready, when we might be
receiving them? Thank you,
