In apt # Ilp there are some urine stains on the floor and these sections need to be replaced in order for the floor to look good. The cost for this will be extra $600 , can you let me know if we should proceed with this. If you could let me know as soon as possible I would really appreciate it. Also do you want us to install the baseboard in this apt that would cost $800 to supply and install.
