I am copying below the quote I received for Chateau Diter which although is free is being held as an option for another client. If the other client does not book, and you wish to proceed with the booking I can assist you! Rental of the property 2 weeks April 2019 Quote valid 1 month Accommodation 18 suites and bedrooms. Maximum 36 Guests From the day of the arrival 14h00 to the day of the departure 13h00. Services included • Daily cleaning for suites and reception halls. • Baggage porters for arrivals and departures of the guests. • Dinnerware, tablecloths and bed, bath and pool linen included for residents. • Chef : it is agreed that a referenced Chef has to be present for any meal consumed in the Château. The menus and the food's purchases will be directly agreed between the customers and the Chef. The cook is included in the present quotation. Compulsory conditions not included • Waiters : one or two waiters have to be present for any meal taken in the château by the residents, as well as for any service requests during the day (beverages, foods and so on). The waiters are not included in the present quote. • Kitchen washer : the presence of a kitchen washer is mandatory for any meal taken at the Château. The washer is not included in the present quote. • The copy of a civil liability insurance (for the parties and the residents) has to be established. The certificate has to be provided at least a week before the beginning of the setting. • The presence of a baby sitters every 2 children under 12 years of age is mandatory during the stay of the clients and during the events. • Concerning the cleaning and restoration : please contact the cleaning company CAESAR NETTOYAGE. Other conditions • The dispatching of the suites has to be communicated to the Château at least 15 days before the event. • Departures and arrivals of the guests residents have to be communicated to the Château at least 15 days before the event. Payment terms 50% of the totality at the signature of the contract, and the balance 60 days before the holiday. Deposit 50 000 Euros by check to provide one month before the event and given back after state of places. EFTA00552064 Smoking Smoking is allowed only on the outside, close to the ashtrays. Swimming- Pool The use of the swimming pool is allowed only for the residents guests. Pool Parties No pool parties are allowed. Rooms It is forbidden to eat and smoke in the rooms of the Château. Pressing service Not included but possible Beautycian Not included but possible. Day watchman for residents Not included but possible. 120 000 Euros rental + Chef : 5 250 Euros = Total : 125 250 20% taxes not included and have to be added on top.
