The international freight controllers are either Ellen or Linda at at Air Niugini headquarters in Port Moresby. Ellen has promised to email me the info and has not. My best guess is that Air Niugini has unresolved money issues with Qantas who are holding up the shipment. I will call again today at 2 pm and try and find more information. The cargo did not arrive in Miami over the weekend, and tracking it online with Air Niugini, there is no update past it being received on flight PX0003 on July 26, 2012, at the Brisbane International airport in Australia. Can you see if Ms. has an update. The customs broker thinks it may be on a different airline from Australia to the US. Please advise, DW I need to provide the client with an update asap.
