Please find some documents received today. Please check it and confirm that it is enough to achieve the due
diligence.
The vendor expected to close the deal per March 29th. Now it is certainly too short. Could you ask your bank
officer to send the agreed document about the funds. This should help to delay the closing date.

I assume the closing date on this contract was put in by mistake. You have yet to provide any due diligence
documents, and until that is received I canmot commit to a closing date. Did you mean May 29th?
As March 29th is the end of this week. I also suggest that before the closing the owner remove anything he
wants, as our insurance will not cover damage done by him after closing. Or better yet, he can make a list of
things to be sent. When should I expect your file?

gekennzeichneten Textbereiche bitten wir urn entsprechend ANGABEN seitens der KÄUFER.
Insbesondere ist eine Vollmacht seitens der Käufer für denjenigen, der den Vertrag für The Haze Trust
unterzeichnet, vorzulegen, es sei denn diese Person ist mittels ihrer Position (CEO oder ähnliches)
bevollmächtigt, den Vertrag zu unterzeichnen. In diesem Fall wird die Kopie eines aktuellen
Handelsregisterauszugs von The Haze Trust benötigt. Vollmacht und/oder HRA sollten nicht älter als 14
Tage und mit Apostille versehen sein.
