He is working on the clarification we need, but we both agreed it would be better to schedule the site visit for Thursday 7/15, if that works for Mr. Epstein. That gives us a chance to prepare some options to review with him when we are on-site. Also, Doug will be at the Island later this week, and we will have time to make adjustments to the options when he gets back next week. Please let me know if a meeting with Mr. Epstein would work on 7/15. I would leave LA 7/13, and arrive at St. Thomas 7/14. I would leave on 7/15. We need to update our conceptual plans and 3d model views before that site visit occurs. I had hoped to get the additional clarification and sketch from you last week, to be ready to meet with Mr. Epstein next week. I also need a response to our proposal that we start the re-design effort on a T+M basis until the new direction is set. • Please review the attached email, and send me your comments and a clarification sketch for the location of the new guest cabana. • Please confirm we are approved to proceed with the re-design effort, on a T+M basis, as noted in the attached email. If I get this information this week, I can plan for a trip to the Island to meet with Mr. Epstein on 7/14 or 7/15. it does not look like I will be able to prepare what we need in time to meet with Mr. Epstein next week. Please let me know if you are able to coordinate those dates. If not, then JE may not go to St.Thomas at all on 7/8 if you are not able to be there, I'm sure he will arrange his schedule to whatever works for you to be there, but I know he is quite anxious to have you come down.
