I don thtink anyone who is a serious buyer will pay more for bin ennikhil than the original 10 m I proposed 6 years ago, they are buying a garden. with a very large gazebo. . a great one true work of art. , but not a house. no young person will buy it and frankly , anyone capable and looking has i beleive already seen it. .
