He should have stood before you all those years ago. He 6 should have stood before you in 2005, again in 2009, and again ‘y in 2019, all of the many times he was accused, charged, and 8 prosecuted. g But today it is not about Epstein ultimately. It is 10 for me to be sentenced and for the victims to address me, and 11 me alone, in this court. 12 To you, all the victims, those who came in court and 13 to those outside, I am sorry for the pain that you experienced. 14 [ hope that my conviction, along with my harsh and unusual 15 incarceration, brings you closure.
