EFTA00558154 Gr THE PATIO Now that The Patio renovation is complete, we are glad to see our residents utilizing the venue for dining. Please take the opportunity during our high season to enjoy all of the many delicious items on the new breakfast and lunch menus. Now and as courtesy to all residents and guests, we encourage everyone to make reservations in advance whenever possible. As a reminder, The Patio is also available to our residents for Special Events based upon availability. The Patio can also cater those special parties in your condo. EFTA00558155 Gr NEW POOL FURNITURE The Master Association recently finished updating the North and South Pool furniture. With the beautiful weather, both pools look amazing and inviting with the new lounges, umbrellas, chairs and tables. The existing chaise lounges were relocated to the beach, thereby providing more chairs for our residents and guests. Enjoy! The Tennis ProShop will continue the Tennis After School Program every Tuesday and Thursday from 5pm-6pm Complimentary Tennis Clinics will be hosted every Friday starting at 5pm/7pm. As a reminder, there will be a tennis tournament every two months. The first tournament will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2013 through Sunday, February 3, 2013. THE MASTER ASSOCIATION is pleased to announce the construction commencement of the restaurant, Cibo Wine Bar at the Continuum complex at 50 South Pointe in South Beach. Cibo Wine Bar will bring an authentic rustic Italian flare to the restaurant district South of Fifth. The Italian eatery and wine bar will offer traditional Italian fare in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, its focus will be on the surrounding residential community. EFTA00558161 Sunday, January 27, 2013, the Annual ING Miami Marathon and Half Marathon will take place. 2, EFTA00558162 Marathon The eyes of the world will be focused on the main event of the weekend - the ING Miami Marathon. Friends, family and curious spectators will line up along the 26.2 miles of roadways filled with inspiring sights and sounds to cheer on the many that chose to RUN MIAMI! The 26.2 mile course starts and finishes in the same general area. The race will start heading north in front of the American Airlines Arena (Official home of the Miami Heat). Runners will finish heading north adjacent to Bayfront Park which is only 4 blocks south of the start line, also known as the intersection of Biscayne Blvd & E. Flagler Street. Half Marathon The 13.1 mile course starts and finishes in the same general area. The race will start heading north in front of the American Airlines Arena (official home of the Miami Heat). The half and full marathons start at the same start line and at the same time. The course is the same as the full marathon with the exception of the last 800 meters where half-marathoners will split from the full marathoner. Runners will finish heading north adjacent to Bayfront Park which is located only 4 blocks south of the start line.
