As you are aware, Mr. Epstein did not really go away that long. Your vision of 3 weeks of just house work did not happened because the cleaning of 71, 301 plus the house needs maintenance, your list, John's list and dealing with vendors. His water heater broke again and I've been trying to fix it since this morning. As far as the house progress, we have accomplished a few things but not all of them yet.
