Hello,
As I explained before, the FedEx tracking shows that the items have been delivered on January 15th, but they
can not be found. Does that mean the tracking information is incorrect?
Please advice.

Thanks for your contacting our Upper East Side store today and we hope you are having an excellent start to 2017!
While our typical turn around time is roughly three weeks, this has temporarily been extended out due to an increase in
volume. For your reference, orders placed on or before 11/23 were sent out the week of Christmas for arrival by the holiday.
Orders placed after that have been and are currently being processed by our production team.
You will receive FedEx tracking information as soon as your order ships out. That being said, we will also be opening a ticket
to track your order and relay any updates as soon as we have them.
