Pursuant to paragraph 4 of the Modification, you had three business days
after the shipment cleared customs, which clearance we understand occurred
no later than Wednesday, October 12, 2011, to provide written notice of
acceptance.

This will confirm that I spoke with you Friday on the telephone and you
indicated your acceptance of the shipment. Such acceptance concludes the
matter. Pursuant to paragraph 4 of the Modification, Molyneux shall not be
responsible for any of the items, and neither party shall have any
obligation with respect to the other with respect to any of the accepted
items, regardless of when and where they were accepted.
Please advise me immediately if you disagree with any aspect of this email.
My clients and I appreciated your professionalism and courtesy in this
matter.
