That event is scheduled for Tues, June 24th, from 9-11 AM, during the 2nd year clinic orientation week. Now that we have our summer schedules (!), if anyone is free on that date and is interested in helping out, please sign up! We need anywhere from 8-10 volunteers (though the more, the merrier) as we are planning to divide up the D2 class into small groups and show them around the clinic (see message below for more details). Alternatively, if you are unable to volunteer due to a schedule conflict, please take your name off the google doc so we have an accurate representation of who will be there that day. I know this is a while off, but the ASDA mentorship committee is holding one final event for the current D2s--an intro to clinic session that will be occurring during the second year's clinic orientation week in June. The tentative date and time is Tues, June 24th, from 9-11 AM. We are looking for volunteers to help lead the 2nd years around the clinic, to show them how to set up the chairs, where supplies are located, how to navigate axiom, what to do on day one of clinic, etc (we will provide more details/guidance as to what the responsibilities are as the event draws closer, but they are far from onerous, I promise!)...
