I am going to have the potential new chef, Scott, come to 71st tomorrow afternoon at 3pm to look at the kitchen
and to meet me to go over things for this weekend, etc. This OK?
Lesley says you have a dinner with Woody Allen and Soon-Yi on Sunday... confirming you want the chef to cook
this dinner as well?

pls see below how Steve would like to proceed in testing out the chef. He is not available on
Thursday to do a dinner. He can do Wed, Friday or Sat, but Steve really thinks we need for him
to do a tasting for us first before doing any dinners. Should I see if the chef can at least do a
tasting for Thursday lunch, then dinner type thing just for us to try out before he does any guest
dinners?

Yes. I have what I think is what jeff really needs + wants
. He's a high end chef. Has worked private before so understands the process. I meet with him
sat for a interview- I think best to-
Why don't u cook 5 styles- we reviewed the 5. See what jeff likes- in a quick tasting. Let jeff
tell chef/ what jeff likes.
Say 2 out of the 5. Then next day let the chef cook more of those liked 2 styles- much better
process then last tasting.
Also I feel this chef is exactly what jeff will really like especially for guests/dining in your
home but
Thur is the only day he can not cook
Wed or fri or sat. Can any of these 2 work
Don't have the chef start out cooking for a party no one wins here
Let the chef understand what jeff likes + wants
Can we get 2 days ?? If NOT
We could even possibly pull off a I pm tasting of the first 5. Then 7 pm tasting that goes deeper
-all in 1 day
