GIIB Iridium Blending to Aircell ii) Iridium boxes have arrived at JA PBI for SatCom upgrade - Complete 21/2 — Larry would like to install an AirCell / Iridium handset in cockpit of GIIB, for crew usage during en-route changes and logistics, wiring is already there, it would only require purchasing and mounting handset = $2,952.00 complete, no additional down time - Complete ) Plse advise 2. 727 Shower iii) Aerosky three proposals submitted to JE. 3. 727 Office Chair iv) JE approved Foam cut. Helicopter Pilot — Nicholas i) He is interested in the position. Nicolas sd that until the summer he would be busy with the Navy contract, and so he could look after the helicopter and fly it. He has one assignment for the navy in Jan for a week. Nicolas also sd that he had lots of holiday due to him which he could apply for and use his holiday time to work for JE. + NC 2. Bill Hammond ii) JE said that he would contact directly. + NC 3. Pilot Search iii) Larry has advised he will wait for a decision on Bill Hammond before contacting a pilot headhunter. + JE plse advise 4. Fixed Roof Yoga Deck i) Awaiting permits. Miles understands that there has been no movement with finalizing this project. + Update 2. Telephone system ii) Telephone system. The low audio is caused by static and water in the lines and Vitelco, USVI cable and telephone provider, is working on the problem. No deadlines given. + + NC JE to advise 3. Flags from LA iii) Poles and flags have arrived and are on LSJ. JE to advise on placement. + Update 4. Sea Water Pump Pond Pump iv) Miles corrected the problem with pvc piping and some couplings. + Update 5. Large Beach House Electricity v) Complete. + NC 6. Maintenance & Storage Shed vi) Check received and passed onto FTC for depositing. + Update 7. Shotgun vii) Completed. Shotgun has been delivered. + NC 8. Cart Paths Reduce Grades ix) Awaiting lawyer's letter by end of April. 13 EFTA00577645 STATUS ITEM COMMENT Update + NC + NC 10. Dock & Dock Lights Extra Pilings for Dock Floating Dock x) Installation has begun. Expected completion April 30. xi) Pilings are in place. Moulds are on island and these will be cast as soon as possible in the New Year. xii) Project on hold until CCM permit inspection is completed. xiii) Once the new pilings are cast, the floating dock will be re- built to fit between the hard dock and the new pilings to provide a swimming platform. To be reconfigured as a permanent dock with swim ladders, railings etc. This is due to happen once the CCM permit inspection is complete. + Update 11. Plant Planters xiv) Suppliers have been located. Examples will be given next week. Awaiting delivery delays on different models. + NC 12. Poolhouse by Existing Pool xv) Permits for Yoga deck, pool house, new house building site, steam room etc. Miles understands that there has being no movement with finalizing this project. + Update 13. Truck and bins are operational. First bin is on island. Miles would like to propose a full maintenance, storage and delivery proposal that would cost $1500.00 per 14 EFTA00577646 STATUS ITEM COMMENT month but is setup to ensure that the truck and bins are well looked after. The proposal is with the company that provides us with barging services. The monthly cost is on a par with the previous bin provider when bin rental, barging, storage, trucking to the dump etc is taken into consideration. Please advise. SG agrees and negotiated the price down to this amount. + Update 17. Replace AC Units in Guest Rooms xx) Completed. + Update 18. New Development Beach entrance and new road to main house. xxi) C Miller to provide update. xxii) The road works are completed and await JE approval. Seamore, Nanna, Fat Cat & Lady G2 xxiv) Nanna - Is operational. Fat Cat — Strengthening of bulkhead and interior is currently being worked on. Yamaha are not going to release a 300hp engine. Mercury 300 CFI is now believed to be the best motor on the market. Quote to replace Yamaha to Mercury given to JE awaiting approval. Seamore — Under repair. fuel injection pump is out. 15 EFTA00577647 STATUS ITEM COMMENT 4 Update Lady G2 — Engine has been shipped back to the states for credit using new reduced rate freight forwarder recommended by SG. Larry is purchasing four stroke engine. Awaiting delivery from Fla. > NC 21. New Office area below MBR xxv) Permits for Yoga deck, pool house, new house building site, steam room etc. Miles understands that there has been no movement with finalizing this project. + Update 22. MBR Curtain Rod xxvi) Completed. + NC 23. Great Room wind Protection Panels xxvii) JE requested that 4 panels be constructed to fit in the 4 arches to stop the wind and rain from entering the patio on the South east portion of the room facing St. John. Outside contractors have supplied a quote of $36000.00 to complete this project as maintenance staff too busy to complete. + NC 24. Wildflowers Jasmine & Sweet Smelling Plants xxviii) Flowers. Gardenias are growing. Jasmines will be planted after the gym is completed. + NC 26. Wind Generator xxix) Mr. Epstein has placed positioning on hold. + NC 27.
