- Kawasaki parts order submitted twice — awaiting direction
- Remove all concrete trucks and cement hopper no later than 7/27
- Cement hopper transported to Heavy Materials St. John yard for storage - storage is free — loaded 8/1

19. Timers
- Review installing timers on air conditioners, irrigation water systems, and lights
- Set all air conditioning to 80 degrees EXCEPT gym, guest rooms, and storage areas — they remain at 85 degrees
- No irrigation week of 7/30 — island is receiving good amounts of rain
20. Beach lighting
— per JE, replace existing transformers for the beach lighting of palms around the salt pond and beach
21. Transient Surge Protection —will review and forward estimate ASAP - Danny

23. Landscaping
- Soil material on site - soil removed from beds 7/16 — area replanted - COMPLETE
- Finish sundial corner (trees, stones, hydro-seed) — new trees to replace dead ones — once backhoe repaired

- Prepared banana area for pineapples 7/24 - 100 pineapples picked up and planted 7/26 - COMPLETE
- Plantings - removed the plantings that are anywhere near the bottle palms, per JE - COMPLETE

- Kite house security — in the event of a storm, the openings will covered with plywood
39. Office trailer — per JE, sell it for the bid we have, get it off the island — Bill of Sale sent to Karen for review
40. New waste bins — (2) 20 yard bins purchased 7/26 — delivery to Tropical by 9/4
41. Old Road Down to Engineering — Jules to start removing very carefully — the one that the cement cow was removed
on — there is a major power line running through that ramp — Jules to now grade that road out as best as possible
42. Logitech Universal Remote and Extenders — arrived at FTC 8/8 — Jermaine will program and install in kitchen 8/9
