1. Clean Up - make as many barge runs as necessary
2. Equipment and Vehicles

- No machinery off the island unless approved
- Red Polaris Bike - Power Steering Module — incorrect unit arrived, correct unit resent due on site 10/27
- Lull — replacement parts ordered 10/19 — per Jack to Tropical by 11/1
- Kawasaki back and bottom cushions ordered 10/3 — per Jack to Tropical by 10/30
3. Five Palms
- Outside furniture — tie down cushions to resolved wind issues - COMPLETE
- Picture frame — on site, 86 x 70 — Sarah to forward selected picture, will frame locally
- Mirrored siding — reglued 5 more section 10/24, will continue to reglue as sections fall off -17 new sections and glue
purchased — on STT 10/27
- Piano re-tuning — COMPLETE
4. Grotto
- Mattress cover — completion expected 10/30
5. Berm/Top of Hill
- Hydroseed all top of hill/berm — COMPLETE - rain continues to wash away seed in areas
6. Triangle
- Must design triangle - awaiting JE direction
- Palms will be relocated once Lull is repaired
7. Flagpole Pool Cabana
- Furniture — desk from Paris — Sue arranging shipping to STT
- Pace clock — unit rusted — ordered 2 new units - 1 for backup — due on site 11/8
- Auto closer on toilet door — David (carpenter) - COMPLETE
- Add some lights near steps — COMPLETE — JE to review when on site
8. Floating Dock
- Jet ski bumpers — complete — this installation has not resolved the issues of protecting the jet skis
- Sea-Do Jet Ski — will need to review how this unit will be secured at dock
- Dock box top — one final attempt to refinish — David (carpenter) — due to be completed 10/27
- Dock boxes — struts to be replaced — David (carpenter) — will review when JE on site
- "Walk the plank" — review material on this & floating dock — "rubberized material" — will review when JE on site
- Dock carpet — at Tropical, sailing 10/31
9. Chillax Room
— Requires furniture piece for electrical/media equipment - Sarah forwarded a selection 9/28 & 10/1 —awaiting
direction
10. Chillax Bathroom
- Blue rugs for bathroom & vanity area — please note attached photo showing existing rug which has softened &
flattened out since its installation. Would suggest review when on site before purchasing
11. Mechanical Building Transformer — changed out - COMPLETE
12. Boats
- Lady G — sell — will remain at Nanny Cay until sold
- Big N — repair at AYH dock in progress — boxes to be installed 10/30, painting to be begin 10/29 — cylinders to be
installed on LSJ — will discuss timing when JE on site — hydraulic hoses ordered 10/2 — per Jack to Tropical by 10/30
13. AC - Set all air conditioning to 80 degrees EXCEPT gym, guest rooms, and storage areas — they remain at 85 degrees
14. Transient Surge Protection — Tropical shipped to Nassau in error - EDA on STT by 11/6

- AC quote forwarded to Rich Barnett, who had design concerns, awaiting reply from vendor
18. New Employee Bathrooms
19. Gym
New punching bag — installation of the speed bag - David (carpenter) — old unit removed awaiting direction from JE
- New front & back doors installation — David (carpenter) — COMPLETE — painting of doors to be completed 10/27
20. Beach Office
- complete electrical overall required
- waterproofing/sealing/painting/replace rotten wood — David (carpenter) — will begin 10/26
21. LSJ Mooring — Darren spoke with Army Corp 10/17 — still working on environmental report, will forward ASAP
22. Hangar
- Fuel Containment Pad — via Cecile 10/25 — there is an issue with the site possibly being in a flood zone. Reviewing
with Jaredian Design Group (John Woods).
23. Steel shed — Buck Steel drawings on site. Shed ordered, will schedule removal of existing bolts patterns and
installation of new

28. Part Time Employees — focus on finding housekeepers — have a potential candidate, working the next week.
Interviewing 2 others on 10/27 via contact in Botany Bay. Employment Company Anna found was unable to provide
anyone.
29. Heli Pad - wind sock for Heli pad on site. New wind sock assembly ordered by Larry awaiting ETA to LSJ
30. Cisterns — need to be cleaned /sealed. Vendor on site 10/20 to review scope of work — quoted expected 10/30
31. Solar - lights installation COMPLETE - JE does not like the "white light", likes a "soft white" light — JE to review when
on site

32. Master Bedroom — door sliders require waxing and alignment — David (carpenter) - COMPLETE
