JE Punch List —Sept 3„ 2012 Directive Updates
1. Clean Up - make as many barge runs as necessary
2. Equipment and Vehicles
- Sell equipment
- No machinery off the island unless approved
- New seats for gators and pro gators — ordered, 2 on back order
- Remaining 2 Queen Seats will be delivered to Tropical for shipping by 9/14
- Power Steering Module for Polaris Bike to be ordered — 9/4
3. Computers/Phones
- 25 inch I Mac Clean Up — for Captain's Office — COMPLETE pick up 9/4
4. Five Palms
- Exterior Door Shutters — due on site for installation - 9/6
- Painting - outside to be completed via JE direction
- Furniture — outside furniture in place — Karen to tie down cushions to resolve wind issues, work begins 9/7
- Picture Frame — measurements forwarded to Sarah - 86 x 70
- Mirrored siding — another section fallen off — need to review this application
- Piano — retune in October
- Transformer Shed — Painting — COMPLETE. Require roof and door construction work to begin 9/4
- Fiber Work — Awaiting date for Jermaine to be on site with repair crew
5. Grotto
- Mattress cover — JE approved buying fabric, making cover locally
- Genset wiring — COMPLETE — Electronic Remote Starter, auto start from Kite House - Danny ordering online 8/30
6. Berm/Too of Hill
- Hydroseed outside — will need to review progress
7. Triangle -
- Must design triangle — awaiting JE direction
- Weed and Hyroseed entire area
8. Flagpole Pool Cabana -
- Furniture — desk from Paris ready to ship early September - Sue
9. Floating Dock
- Jet ski bumpers — complete — reviewing whether this type resolves the issues with the jet skis
- Table/Dock Box - Dock box top to be revarnished — Carlos has a possible solution
- Swim Ladder — direction from JE on placement required
- Dive Platform — require construction details
10. Chillax Room
— requires furniture piece for electrical/media equipment — Sarah
11. Chillax Bathroom
- require blue rugs for bathroom & vanity area — Sarah
12. Mechanical Building Transformer — at Tropical FL 8/31
13. Boats
- Lady G — sell — in hurricane storage 7/18
- Lady K — sell — survey forwarded to Darren & Rich, suggested price $225,000
- Big N — repair — at Subbase — work began 8/28 — due to splash 9/4, in house work to begin
- Little C — engine at Offshore 8/29 — installation complete by 9/4
14. Timers
- Review installing timers on air conditioners, irrigation water systems, and lights
- Set all air conditioning to 80 degrees EXCEPT gym, guest rooms, and storage areas — they remain at 85 degrees
- Irrigation — depending on rainfall
15. Beach lighting — per JE, replace existing transformers for the beach lighting of palms around the salt pond and
beach — Danny will begin on 9/10, completion by 9/21

16. Transient Surge Protection — JE approved to purchase — will order 9/4
17. Landscaping
- Pop's Garden — need deer fencing, or some other method of protection, review of shade cloth? — Peter by 9/7
- Cut grass, acacia — owner's drive, blue beach, gym — work in progress
- Peter to clean the sides of the road by 9/7
- Black under pads used at heli pad to be installed at top of bike path at Main Compound
- Installation of additional soil and sea grape for engineering area
- Hydroseed all pull box areas & engineering
- Continue to line all roads with stones
18. Roads -
- Priority is Gym road grading —Jules to add loose top material 9/4
- Jules to work on road to pebble beach — start 9/4
- General regrading of roads -ongoing
19. Library
- Lights on bookshelves need attention — Danny will begin on 9/4, completion by 9/6
20. New Employee Bathrooms
21. Gym
- New punching bag — on site — installation after JE visit
- Subwoofer — torn/blown, Larry ordered part, shipped to NYC - estimate install by Sept 7-10 (Scott's update as of 8/30)
- Windows in the ballet room need repair to both cranks/panes — completed by 9/5
22. Beach Office
- complete electrical overall required
- waterproofing/sealing/painting/replace rotten wood required
23. LSJ Mooring — Darren forwarded to Army Corp for final approval — awaiting response
24. Hangar
- Fuel Containment Pad — draft approved with drainage incorporated — surveyor on site week of 8/27to complete
survey, will forward to the architect so he can complete the plan. (Cecile's update as of 8/30)
25. Main compound
- Wind doors to the east are inoperable — change hinges - on site — completed by 9/6
- Lights — as of date all are up and running — there are still some missing bulbs, which will be addressed as time allows
- AC — Above Great room, reroute drain from roof line — ARC on site - 9/4
- Projector Screen — new limit switches and motor required — Danny will review 9/4
26. New waste bins — COMPLETE, signs have been ordered, completion due 9/14
27. Yellow Nap House — demolish by Peter with the trackhoe by 9/5
28. Blue Nap House — replace and repair shingles
29. Steel shed — the vendor to confirm to Carlos if they can travel to LSJ to erect the shed, and if they can complete the
erection within 3 weeks — 9/6
30. Equipment to be Purchased — (1) light generator, (2) arms with lights to be hard wired , (1) skid steer (ordered ),
(1) John Deere box and blade, (1) man-lift, (1) golf cart, (1) dump truck
31. LSJ Mats — for all locations to be ordered 9/4
32. Engineering — Old Building roof to be painted start — 9/4
33. Stone Walls — Repair work to replace missing loose stones — Gerry & TJ - to start 9/10
34. Solar Lights — installation to continue, placement via 1E's direction
