Remove 5 grasses, 8 spirea, and 12 mahonia. SOIL REMOVAL Remove 12" of soil in planting beds totaling 389 square feet. Disburse on site. NEW TOPSOIL Install a total of 10 yards of topsoil in planting beds where soil was removed. The topsoil will be harvested from the ranch and delivered in close proximity to the planting beds. Eight inches of soil will be installed in each area. SOIL PREPARATION Prepare planting beds measuring 389 square feet to a depth of 12" with the addition of 2" of Back to Earth mulch or similar and 2" of perlite. A mixture of Yum-Yum mix and Planters II trace minerals will be mixed into the soil. The fertilizer will be added at a rate of 20 pounds per 100 square feet of planting bed. Two hours per day will be required to drive to and from Zorro Ranch. It is our intention to work nine hour days during this project so we will have seven actual hours on site. To account for the shortened work day and wear and tear on equipment and vehicles, an additional charge of 15% is being added to the total. Prices do not include county gross receipts tax. For a period of one (I) year after planting, all plant material is guaranteed against death from causes other than accidental, weather related, or animals and provided proper care is given them by owner. Any plant material that dies during this period will be replaced once free of charge with similar plants of equal value. Irrigation work fully warranted for one year from date of completion.
