Cast Stone Pool Deck
Scope of work is to demo and dispose of existing cat stone deck, clean and flash substrate, apply Flexcrete,
supply and install new cast stone pavers, grout, clean and treat.
Upon demolition the substrate will be inspected. Any additional repairs deemed necessary will be assessed at
that time.
Dumpste: to be supplied by others.
Cost breakdown is as follows:

Deposit must be receiv' prior to the purchase of materials and job start up. Delays in deposit and progress
payments will result in •ork delays and or stoppages.
Change orders and any dditional work must be approved in writing by the customer. Additional work may
only be requested through our office or job superv.sor.
We will cot be held responsible for delays in our work caused by other trades. Other trades must clean up
anything that will interfere with our work progress as required. Failure to clear our work area will result in
job delays or an additional charge for us to clear the area.
We will require parking for two vehicles and an area to unload materials for the duration of our work.
Willie every care is taken to protect finished surfaces from damage during our work it is possible
that due to the nature of the chemicals, abrasives and machinery used to achieve the desired results
that some damage may occur. Palmer Marble and Tile will not be held responsible for any damage
that arises during the normal course of our work.
Palmer Marble and Tile will not be held responsible for any damage that arises due to the negligence
or poor workmanship of other trades, including painters and previous stone workers.
Representations: The agent, client. owner or owners stipulates and represents to Palmer Marble and tile. Inc. that he or she has the
authority to bind the owner / owners or additional who may have or claim any interest in the property to be impoved and is the
authorized agent of the owner or such owner or owners and has their authority and assent to enter into this contract to bind the
owner or ether owners and the real property described herein.
Payment terms: All invoices/draws are due upon receipt per the date of the invoice. No credits or adjustments to the Agreement sum
shall be made unless mutually agreed upon by Palmer Marble, and 'rile, Inc. (hereinafter known as PMT) and the owner or it's agent.
If payment is not made when due, PMT may suspend work until such payment(s) are made. Failure to make payment of any invoice/draw
shall be deemed a material breach of this contract. PMT will De entitled to recover its costs of collection of any sums not paid when due,
including reasonable attorney's fees. whether or not suit is filed and/or collection agency and any and all other costs arising or related
to the failure of any sums not paid when due. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the mole venue
for litigation shall be in the state court having the appropriate junsdiction in and for the county of Palm Reach, Florida. Interest on all
overdue payments will be t.5% per month and/or it196 per annum or the highest legal rate allowed.

and treat.
