Original Bids: Patio Courtyard Wood - $1,540.00 Yellow Room Ceiling - $720.00 Patio Courtyard - Original bid was for 1 coat on the exterior section of the courtyard, this area has never been restained since construction of the house. It became quite clear that the wood was in worse condition than we anticipated, hence 3 coats were required & also we then included the interior section of the courtyard, to insure that all wood was in uniform color & condition. There was a eave section outside the yellow bedroom which we also added. Yellow Bedroom Ceiling - The curved ceiling was replastered with no problems, 2 weeks later it was sealed & painted, but for some reason the celing popped in numerours areas, hence required resurfacing. Please note there has been previous water damage in this room, roof leaking, another reason for replacement of roof tiles. Please Note: Due to weather & poor scheduling by Choice Painting, we are seriously considering closing this project & completeing the remaining work closer to JE's return As you know there is stucco work required at the MH, which after repair will require painting, hence we could complete this at the same time.
