LABOR and MATERIALS: 3- CUSTOM FABRICATE FIBERGLASS IMPERMEABLE INTERIOR COCKPIT OVERHEAD PANELS: Custom fabricate pre-finished fiberglass panels of appropriate size on polished and waxed lay up table. Make door skin templates with hot glue gun and overlay on sections of 1/4" ply wood sheets. Cut ply wood panels to shape and size, sand edges free of sharp corners and present individually to confirm appropriate fit. Alter securing blocks on deck head by both grinding and laminating to create appropriate profile. Use tested ply wood panels as templates and mark fiberglass panel for cutting. Cut fiberglass panel to create deck head sections with diamond wheel, grind all edges free of sharp corners and radiuses. Drill securing apertures and present new fiberglass panels in to correct locations with stainless steel securing screws and decorative screw "caps", alter panels as found to be necessary.
