EDWARDS, by and through his undersigned counsel, hereby requests an extension of 15 days in which to serve the Initial Brief of Appellant, and as grounds therefor would state: 1. Undersigned counsel has made a concerted effort to complete the brief in the prior extension, but has been unable to do. The undersigned has been suffering from vertigo, which has made it difficult for him to complete the brief.
