Mahoney was under the employ of Louis Flanzer and Gloria Milstein Flanzer from June 2012 to present as a Estate Manager/Houseman/Driver. He is presently seeking employment due to the death of Mr. Flamer in June 2013 and the recent death of Mrs. Flanzer in March of this year. Dana has been assisting the Estate with readying all properties, and their contents for sale and has been invaluable in this effort. Dana was hired as Estate Manager to oversee the properties that included two houses in Scarsdale and three apartments in Manhattan. He assisted in overseeing construction/renovation and installation of a home generator; light general maintenance and upkeep and was always available to meet with vendors on any necessary repairs/renovations, as well as driving for the Flanzers. Dana was a valued employee, that assisted the family through all circumstances. He was always willing to pitch in where ever needed. He would drive for both principals, run any errands, do purchasing of shopping/groceries, oversee vehicle maintenance, maintain household calendars, act as a personal confidant to Mrs. Flanzer after her husbands passing, make sure that everything was completed in a timely fashion and always ensured that someone was aware of Gloria's health.
