I understand and agree that I am responsible for the payment of my own federal, state and city income taxes, social security taxes, workman's compensation and liability insurance. I am not eligible to collect unemployment benefits. As I am not a resident of New York or in the United States of America. I understand and agree that Major Model Management Inc., NY as management service and convenience to me in order to promote by services, will from time to tome charge expenses on my behalf such as portfolios, cards, color copies, pictures, airfares, hotel expenses, messengers, etc. to my account. I agree that such expenses will be deducted from my checks, as they become available. Any photographs, cards, or portfolios left on the premises of Major Model Management Inc, NY arc left at my own risk, and I agree to hold Major Model Management Inc, NY harmless for any loss of such materials for whatever reason.
