I had two last known addresses and a description of her motor vehicle. I first went to the address and this is a run down community on a lake which is made up of trailer homes some of which are double wide. Some were vacant and some were burned. No one was home near noon and again at 3:00pm. I did not see her vehicle but I did see an 8 year old boy playing in the yard late in the afternoon. I stayed until approximately 5:30 pm and did not see any other activity. I went to the clerk's office in West Palm Beach and reviewed her last known criminal and civil file. This is the residence she owns in , Florida. In 2013 she filed a counter etition statin her current residence is IIII . The numbers in the address are wrong and it should read In the initial affidavit she filed it states she and the child resided at the location for the past 5 years. This also was in 2013. This is a file for petit larcen where it is alleged was observed at a Walmart in , Florida at 4:00 am on 13, with a boyfriend, and she was caught stealing food and clothing. The person who was arrested was observed to discard a syringe in the waste basket while waitin for the police. This rson had stolen identification belonging to and the North address was on the identification. This person apparently was given a Promise To Appear citation and not booked and photographed. Since capias on did not show up for the arraigant she was arrested on a 2013 and her address was North and her phone number was was represented by the same attorney. The attorney filed a notice of alibi stating identification was stolen and she was home at the time of the crime with her child and live in child care worker at the MI N address. It should be noted on 01/23/14 we went back up to the EMI= location and the location to see if we could spot her vehicle and we did not see it. The next thing we could do is have an investi ator go by early in the morning and late in the evening to the address to see if they can spot her vehicle there, in case she moved back.
