If the destination is an apartment or multi -unit building, the order will be delivered inside the entrance to the building. Standard Delivery does not include assembly or unpacking. Room of Choice Delivery offers the same service as our Standard Delivery service. but brought in and placed in your room of choice. White Glove Delivery includes an inside delivery, assembly and instalation in your room of choice and removal of al packi-ig materials. Returns and Exchanges Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order. contact your local DWR Studio or our Customer Service team at 1.800.944.2233 within three (3) days of receipt. If you receive a damaged. defective, or inorrect item. we will work with you to make things right If you wish to return an item. your refund will be reduced by a restoring charge equal to 10% of the purchase price and you will be responsible for outbound and retum shipping and delivery charges. Returns must be received in original condition within 30 days. Credit card orders wil receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. Check and cash payments will be returned via a refund check or Design Within Reach Merchandise Credit. Outbound Shipping and White Glove Delivery Service charges are not refundable. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the origiial trip out to you.
