ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATE Relating to one Gulfstream GV-SP Aircraft (G550) bearing MSN 5173 (the "Aircraft") Pursuant to the Aircraft Sale and Purchase Agreement ("Agreement," capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings ascribed in the Agreement) dated as of February 24, 2017 between CHEVRON US.A.
