6 Single and 2 Double Cabin Seats
$114,325.00
The existing 6 single cabin seats and the 2 double cabin seats will be removed from the aircraft.
Each seat and the 2 double cabin seats will be stripped of existing foam and leather covers. All
seats will then be reupholstered using new customer selected leather (Price not to exceed
$12.00 per square foot).
The design and pattern of each seat has been selected and will be in the style of aircraft tail
t4N909JE
Seat bases will be completed with customer selected carpet as existing.
Once work is complete each seat will be reinstalled in aircraft in existing location.
All plating will remain as existing.
Pricing may change if customer selected leather exceeds quoted price of $12.00 per square foot.

All materials used will be in accordance with FAA regulations.
Cabin Seat Belts
$1.500.00
The existing cabin seat belts will be removed from the aircraft. Each belt will be rewebbed to
match new aircraft seat decor.
Plating is NOT included.

Fireblocking Test for Cabin Seats
$3,187.50
A fire blocking test is required at a charge of $1700.00 plus the cost of 1 1/2 hides of leather not
to exceed a total of $850.00. The leather and a drawing of the exact foam work build-up for
each seat will be sent to SKANDIA INC. for flammability testing.
Pricing may change if customer selected leather exceeds quoted price of $12.00 per square foot.
Above pricing is only for one type of leather selected for cabin seats. If the cabin seats are
upholstered with 2 different colors of leather, the above pricing will be doubled.

4 Place Cabin Divan
$18.750.00
The existing 3 place cabin divan will be removed from the aircraft. A new 4 place divan (Not
quoted) will be upholstered using new foam and customer selected fabric (Price not to exceed
$125.00 per linear yard).
The design and pattern of the divan has been selected and will be in the style of aircraft tail
#N909JE
Pricing may change if customer selected leather exceeds quoted price of $125.00 per linear
yard.

All materials used will be in accordance with FAA regulations.
Divan Belts
$1,250.00
The existing divan belts will be removed from the aircraft. 4 new belts and assemblies will be
purchased and will be rewebbed to match new aircraft divan decor.
Plating is NOT included.

All materials used will be in accordance with FAA regulations.

Fwd and Aft Lavatory Seat Cushions

The existing fwd and aft lavatory/potty seats will be removed from the aircraft. The existing fwd
and aft lavatory/potty seats will be stripped of the existing leather covers. The lavatory seat
cushions will be reupholstered with new customer selected leather (Price not to exceed $12.00
per square foot).
Pricing may change if customer selected leather exceeds quoted price of $12.00 per square foot.

Aircraft Headliner Panels
517,375.00
The existing entry, cabin, galley and lavatory headliner panels will be removed from the aircraft
and will be stripped of all existing materials and foam. Each headliner panel will then be foamed
and covered with new customer selected material (Price not to exceed $90.00 per linear yard).
All applicable painted hardware will be re-painted to match the new material. The recovered
components will be re-assembled and installed in aircraft and adjusted to proper fit, form and
function.

All materials used will be in accordance with FAA regulations.
Passenger Service Units
518,500.00
The existing cabin windowline panels will be removed from the aircraft. Each panel will be
stripped of existing foam and material. Each panel will be prepped for new foam and new
customer selected material (Price not to exceed $90.00 per linear yard).
All applicable painted hardware will be re-painted to match the new material. The recovered
components will be re-assembled and installed in aircraft and adjusted to proper fit, form and
function.

Cabin Hand Rails
53,500.00
The existing cabin hand rails will be removed from the aircraft. Each hand rail will be prepped
and upholstered using new customer selected material (Price not to exceed $90.00 per linear
yard).
All materials used will be in accordance with FAA regulations.

Cabin Windowline Panels
$15,000.00
The existing cabin windowline panels will be removed from the aircraft. Each panel will be
stripped of existing foam and material. Each panel will be prepped for new foam and new
customer selected material (Price not to exceed $90.00 per linear yard).
All applicable painted hardware will be re-painted to match the new material. The recovered
components will be re-assembled and installed in aircraft and adjusted to proper fit, form and
function.
The existing monitor located between the cabin windows will be removed by Gulfstream and
the wires will be capped and stowed. The existing monitor opening will be repaired as allowable
without replacement since the panel is a decorative closeout and has no known structural
support requirements, see note below.
Note:
Due to unknown material and structural requirements of the existing windowline assembly,
additional charges may be required to obtain an approved repair or replacement of the
windowline panel.

Cabin Sidewalls
$15,875.00
The existing cabin sidewalls/dado panels will be removed from the aircraft. Each panel will be
stripped of all existing foam and material. Each panel will be prepped for new foam and new
customer selected material (Price not to exceed $12.00 per square foot).
All applicable painted hardware will be re-painted to match new material. The recovered
components will be re-assembled and installed in aircraft and adjusted to proper fit, form and
function.
Pricing may change if customer selected leather exceeds quoted price of $12.00 per square foot.

Aircraft Carpet
Labor Only: 512.250.00
New customer supplied carpet will be cut and fit to the existing cabin configuration as removed.
All exposed carpet edges will be surged as required. All existing Velcro fastener throughout the
aircraft will be secured or replaced as required. The new carpet will be installed throughout the
aircraft as removed. New throw rugs will be fabricated for each seat location. Cabin seat bases
will be covered with new carpet.
All floor areas throughout the aircraft will be inspected prior to the final installation of the new
carpet.
Per customer request the existing floor padding will be retained as is.

Forward Lavatory Curtain
$2,125.00
The existing forward lavatory curtain will be removed from the aircraft. The new forward
lavatory curtain will be fabricated using new customer selected material (Price not to exceed
$125.00 per linear yard). The existing curtain design will remain as existing.
All materials used will be in accordance with FAA regulations
Cockpit Curtain

A new forward cockpit curtain will be fabricated using new customer selected material (Price
not to exceed $125.00 per linear yard).
All materials used will be in accordance with FAA regulations
Cabin Conference Table
The existing cabin conference table will be removed from the aircraft. One of the 3 options
below must be chosen by customer.
Option 1: Conference Table Overlay
$3,087.5
New overlay panels will be fabricated for the conference table that will set back from the radius
edge of the bull nose. The overlay panels will be upholstered using customer selected leather
(Price not to exceed $12.00 per square foot). The existing cup holders will be removed and the
cup holder areas will be plugged and repaired. The overlay panels will be secured in place and
the table leaves checked for proper operation and function.
Per customer request the cup holder areas will not be used.
All materials used will be in accordance with FAA regulations.

Option 2: Conference Table "Inset" Overlay
$7.287.5
The existing conference table top veneer and hardwood edges will be removed from the table.
The table top will be cleaned and prepped for new hardwood moldings. New hardwood
moldings will be fabricated which will allow the height of the overlay panels to inset within the
height of the table providing a flush panel appearance once the overlay panels are secured in
place. The new hardwood moldings will be finished in a high gloss finish to match the existing
decor.
New overlay panels will be fabricated for the conference table that will set back from the radius
edge of the bull nose. The overlay panels will be upholstered using customer selected leather
(Price not to exceed $12.00 per square foot). The existing cup holders will be plugged and
repaired. The overlay panels will be secured in place and the table leaves checked for proper
operation and function.
Per customer request the cup holder areas will not be used.
All materials used will be in accordance with FAA regulations.
Option 3: Conference Table Veneer
$11,125.00
The existing conference table top veneer and hardwood edges will be removed from the table.
The table top will be cleaned and prepped for new veneer (price not to exceed $35.00 per
square foot) and hardwood moldings. The existing cup holder areas will be plugged and
repaired. New veneer and hardwood moldings will be fabricated and installed on the existing
conference table to match the existing design and style of the conference table.
The veneer and hardwood moldings will be finished in a high gloss finish to match the existing
decor. The table leaves will be installed on the conference table and the table will be checked
for proper operation and function.
Per customer request the cup holder areas will not be used.
All materials used will be in accordance with FAA regulations.
Baggage
$10.625.00
The existing aft baggage panels will be removed from the aircraft. Each baggage panel will be
stripped of all existing Grospoint. Each panel will then be prepped for new customer selected
Grospoint.
All applicable painted hardware and components will be repainted to match new Grospoint.
All materials used will be in accordance with FAA regulations.

Galley Sliding Doors and Microwave Tambour Door

The existing galley left hand and right hand Plexiglas sliding doors will be removed from the
aircraft. The existing door hardware will be removed and retained as is. New solid veneer
doors will be fabricated to match the existing veneer grain pattern and color as allowable
without replacing the existing galley cabinet veneer.
The veneer doors will be finished in a high gloss finish to match the existing decor. The back
sides of the door panels will be laminated in white mica to help reflect additional lighting within
the compartment. The existing door hardware will be installed on the new veneer sliding door
panels and the door panels will be installed in the existing sliding door track.
The existing left hand galley microwave tambour door will be removed from the aircraft. A new
door panel will be fabricated and veneered to match the existing veneer grain pattern and color
as allowable without replacing the existing galley cabinet veneer. The tambour door will be
finished in a high gloss finish to match the existing decor.

All materials used will be in accordance with FAA regulations.
Galley Corian Countertops
518,150.00
The existing aft galley right hand and left hand upper galley assemblies and counter tops will be
removed from the aircraft. The existing right hand galley sink will be removed and retained as
is. The existing right hand galley faucet fixture will be removed and a new faucet fixture will be
installed (price not to exceed $500.00). The new faucet fixture will be plated to match the
existing decor.
New customer selected and approved Corian solid surface material will be fabricated to match
the existing design and specifications of the existing countertops. The existing sink and new
faucet fixture will be installed and ops checked for proper operation. The counter tops and
upper galley sections will be assembled and installed with existing hardware and mounting.

Aft Lavatory Corian Countertop
59.600.00
The existing aft lavatory countertop and backsplash will be removed from the aircraft. The
existing faucet, sink and switch panel assembly will be removed and retained as is. A new
customer selected and approved Corian solid surface material will be fabricated to match the
existing design and specifications of the existing countertop and backsplash. The existing sink,
faucet and switch panel will be installed and ops checked for proper operation. The countertop
will be installed with existing hardware and mounting.

Aft Cabin Bulkhead Mirror
510,750.00
The existing aft cabin right hand and left hand bulkheads will be removed from the aircraft. The
existing monitor will be removed from the aft left hand bulkhead. The existing veneer and glue
will be removed from the left hand and right hand bulkheads and the monitor opening on the
left hand bulkhead will be plugged and repaired as required see note below.
New .080 Clear Polycarbonate Jet Mirror will be cut and fit to the existing bulkheads. The
existing headliner, passenger service units, sidewalls and windowline panels will be trimmed to
accommodate the new mirror installation. The bulkheads will be installed in the aircraft with
existing hardware and mounting.

All materials used will be in accordance with FAA regulations.
Note:
Due to unknown material and structural requirements of the existing bulkhead assembly,
additional charges may be required to obtain an approved repair for the existing bulkhead
monitor opening.
Upon customer request the existing monitor opening will remain as is and the new .080 Clear
Polycarbonate Jet Mirror will be cut and fit to the existing bulkhead.
AFT Lavatory Closet Doors
521,550.00
The existing aft lavatory curtain and track assembly will be removed from the closet opening.
New door panels will be fabricated and installed with a sliding door track mechanism. The
inboard sides of the doors will be laminated in .080 Clear Polycarbonate Jet Mirror and the
outboard sides will be laminated with a mica laminate to match the existing decor.
The mirror door faces will be outfitted with flush mounted handles that will allow the doors to
slide forward and aft with a center door stop that will keep the doors from sliding forward and
aft during flight operation. The metal mirror door hardware and tracks will be plated to
customer specifications.
The existing cabinet located within the closet will be removed from the aircraft. The existing
upper closet shelf will be retained as is. A new closet insert will be fabricated to customer
specifications and upholstered to match the existing Tapis Grospoint material, featuring three
adjustable shelves to allow for flexible storage use. The existing coat rod and the lower
compartment access door will be modified to accommodate the additional shelf width and
provide full access to the lower compartment.
Modifications will be fabricated and installed per an FAA approved drawing and installation.
