Regarding rescheduling the hearing - I am not available on May 11, 2016 (fishing tournament)
and Jack Goldberger is not available on June 1, 2016 (he is attending his daughter's wedding in
NYC). June 23, 2016 is clear on Jack's and my calendar and that date is open on Judge Smith's
motion calendar.
