Dear Mr Epstein,
You will find our proposal and documentation after a deep research to upgrade your system with old existing
cables.
First proposal DE02833 includes Home Theater + Master Bedroom + Music distribution.
Home theatre
We have looked all the existing brands of projector in the world and no high end projector can fit in the existing
lift. The best solution we found is a projectiondesign projector. It is good, High definition, HDMI. If we want
better, it is bigger. We'll connect Wireless HDMI on it, since there is no cables.
We could have better projector, but you need to change the lift, which is big work to do.
Everything will be controlled with your ipad.
We have included a great screen, that increases contrast and luminosity, even daytime. It may be usefull
because the projector is not very powerfull. It is more expensive than a regular screen. At the end of this
proposal, there is an option for a regular screen (5000 E less)
Master Bedroom
As you asked, we've proposed a B&O screen with bluray included. The biggest model is 55", if you want
bigger we'll lose the bluray, and we'll use Wireless HDMI.
We replace the crestron by your ipad, and keep the existing speakers.

Music System Sonos.
We have one sonos player per existing audio zone + remote control. Sonos can also be controlled by any
iphone/ipad
Second proposal DE02840 is for guest bedrooms.
In order to prevent running cables, we have proposed B&O screens with bluray included ( 40 inches)
If it doesn't fit your budget, we can propose Panasonic Screen with running cables or HDMI wireless.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any question, or if you need any change on the proposals.
Best regards
Philippe

Hi Philippe,
Just checking in to see when we can expect to receive a quote from you to do the suggested work at Mr
Epsteins apartment.
Thank you,

OK, but you don't really answer my question :
I understand the 65" for your bedroom + Wireless HDMI
For the other screens, do we do the same, or use old analog cables, or put B&O TV with bluray dvd included
Thanks for your answer
EFTA00627547
1. We change the TV and DVD, but we still use analog cable (it will still be good
quality)
2. We use wireless HDMI transmitter (approx 1000€), I think it worth it for home
theatre, but maybe not for guests bedroom
3. We use B&0 TV with bluray dvd included. Yes it is more expensive than other, but
more beautiful too. Everything in one box. Only one remote control. 14000 € /
each 40" inches. For your bedroom we could go up to 55 inches if you want.

Hi Philippe,
Jeffrey's comments are as follows:
> a ecrit :
"no sonos in guest rooms,.. use only mac for music storage, no server.. why can we not run new cables? I
will need to hear the new speakers but sounds like a good idea"

Dear Sarah,
We went to Mr Eptein's appartment last week and made a complete overview of the system.
Before finalizing the estimate we would have a few question, could you please transmit
them to Mr Eptsein.
Music
Sonos system is really the best because it can work wireless. We counted all the zone
where you already had an audio access keypad. But in some bedrooms there are small hifi
systems.
EFTA00627548
Do you also want to replace them by sonos. Or maybe later ?
Do we use the music stored on you mac (it means it has to be on to listen to music, or
do we propose a standalone server (1500 €) ?
For the speakers, the small JEIL that are on the floor in the living room and office
look very small for those rooms. Would you like us to propose Floor standing speaker
(like B&O, because good sound and good looking)

Home Theatre
Since we can't run any new cable we'll try Wireless HDMI on the new projector. So we
will also have to change : DVD, Receiver, Screen (for a 16/9)
We'll use your ipad to control It
No question about the home theatre
Guest bedrooms + Master
Cables between TV and DVD are poor. Impossible to run new cables so 2 options :
1. We change the TV and DVD, but we still use analog cable (it will still be good
quality)
2. We use wireless HDMI transmitter (approx 1000€), I think it worth it for home
theatre, but maybe not for guests bedroom
3. We use B&O TV with bluray dvd included. Yes it is more expensive than other, but
more beautiful too. Everything in one box. Only one remote control. 14000 € /
each 40" inches. For your bedroom we could go up to 55 inches if you want.
