Both Robert Collada, CEO and I have been in Europe with the Boat Shows and have been following the progress and conversations with Jerry and Chris. We have brought in our "in-house" Naval Architect, Ms. Elisabetta Pianta to finish off the proposal as she is very familiar with this boat. The attached drawing we hope reflects all your desires for a replacement boat for Little St. James Island. This is not really a fully custom boat but will come from our molded Deep Vee hull 40 foot hull with a modified Cabin 40 deck. Point being is that this well proven offshore hull design will be married to our existing molded cabin and flush deck design. This will cut down considerably on production time and provide an excellent design. Of course it will be finished and detailed to a yacht quality finish. We strongly suggest triple YAMAHA F 300 as the weight fully laden with fuel, water, gear and guests require the horsepower to punch thru a heavy sea offshore. Less horsepower will place a continuous heavy load on the engines. You have the option of trimming up the center engine to use in reserve should you be running very light or at a slow cruise. We presently have the hull mold inside the factory and can start the build in short order. We are ahead of the rush of orders that we usually get during the winter so you are ahead of the que. This is a 6 month build time now but this will change very soon as we confirm the other orders which are forthcoming. You may choose the color scheme for the boat and how you wish it outfitted. The price quoted is a fully rigged boat as shown. Electronics and other special features like underwater lights, bottom paint etc.. are options. Terms are 50% deposit with the order, 30% progress payment when the engines are installed and balance upon acceptance at sea- trial. We would like to get your feedback and confirm that we have hit all your targets in this last proposal. Looking forward to your reply. Thank you, Hank Magill Brady NOVURANIA Mobile: USA Office + www.novurania.com EFTA00628012
