Carved side to the second Floor 26 square feet Total 414 square feet of surface Sand entire surface for smoothness with #120, 180, 320 grade of sand paper Wash entire surface with Denatured Alcohol to remove impurities from the surface Wash with Aceton to completely de-grease the surface to avoid the forming "fish-eyes" before the application of varnish. Triple application of the best varnish on the market, sanding between the coats. Total for labor $12,600.- Allow two day between next application of varnish.
