South Africans and their questions. She asked early on about the assistants. As we moved around though I understood by the nature of the questions that she was really trying to get a feel for you and what you needed. For example - things about muffins, your exercise routine, time you spent in each of the rooms, staff like housekeepers, drivers, chefs. By the nature of her being from SA I think it has prevented her from being too Jewish. She has a very good eye for detail and was picking up scratches in furniture from a mile off. She was also doing dust checks with her finger throughout the house. One thing... in the dining room she looked at one of the drawing boards and said " there are obviously no children in the house because thats very phallic". I said " Oh, thats just a very bad drawing of Saudi Arabia, and the part that appears phallic to you is just the Persian Gulf. " I really think you should meet her in person when you are in New York and walk through the house with her and see how you feel. I love the idea of a weight being lifted from you and you not having to deal with millions of little questions from everyone on every property. I think she is worth meeting. Nothing to lose.
