It looked to me as there was a crises. In my view was the communication crises. There are at least thirty Mahogany colors, and I wanted someone else to decide instead of myself. Finally, we came to conclusion that we will go with the same color as before. Now, I washed away old color, kind brownish going into chocolate sort of "muddy" color. The main reason I washed it away, is that I will apply the same color on a freshly restored Rail. After applying the color, I will apply French Polish. French Polish is a superior finish in every respect. It is applied by hand and finished properly looks great. I apply French Polish with great expertize. I did this at the WH. I am confident you and Mr. Epstein will not be disappointed. I received it from Marwin on Monday. Many times my estimates may seem high, however, I always estimate the work for the highest quality and execution. The stairs is a relatively small project, so this is fine. You mentioned a possible project in New Mexico. I will be happy to participate, as I have expertize in wood Restoration, Finishing and Re-finishing and Preservation. I imagine, this would be much bigger project, and will go for bidding. Would you be so kind and let me know the possible date of this project? I will be happy to submit my methods of preserving the wood, staining and finishing as well. Thank you for being so kind, Brandon Thompson EFTA00638466
