He handles his closings through Insured Aircraft Title Services (IATS) and I have confirmed with IATS that he has bought and sold these aircraft in the past. So that we don't appear too anxious to accept his offer, I think the way to handle our response would be explained as "at a price of 3.5, the Seller will complete the sale with a limited pre-buy, EFTA00641959 borescopes, and test flight etc." If there are any other inspections that the Buyer deems necessary we can discuss this at a later date.
