I am requesting your permission to have a buried conduit pipe installed running from the GSJ solar farm to the Main Complex (In house). This is for Choice to pull the necessary cables down to the complex to complete the network. EFTA00643711 Allan and Hector are confident that they will be able to start on Thursday barring any problems. They will confirm tomorrow. Also Boss FYI: As per our discussion on the dragonwave licensing procedure. My findings are as follows: I spoke to Ms. Hardly at Micronet (the company that licensed your first dragonwaves) . They confirmed the timeframe that FutureTech stated that this process does take from 30— 90 days. The reason was explained to me as follows: 1. FCC 601 application is filled out and submitted. 2. It is then processed for an open sub-band frequency and filed with FCC 3. The FCC submit letters to all private, federal, and public agencies to verify that the sub-band will not interfere with existing frequencies in the vicinity. 4. They are given approximately 30 days to reply. 5. If there isn't a complaint filed the sub-band frequency is released to be programmed into the radio. a. If the complaint is valid then the process between Micronet and the FCC is repeated. I verified this information with Hector and Allan during our meeting. They stated approximately the same steps, they have to do this every time they order any kind of licensed radios.
