Dear Jeffrey,
Hope this finds you well. Thank you for you time!
has written almost all the achievements I have
had:)
Although, I copy here below a recommendation letter to the WEF Global Agenda Council from my
colleagues and my CV to make clear all the progress accomplished so far.
As
stated, my dream as of international relations specialist is to work with the UN in either way. I
would love to have some international experience, as this is what I have been doing in Russia for the last 6
years! This WEF video describes my motivation: http://youtu.be/HfGcNTm2qEs
Look forward to hear from you,

Subject: my colleague in Dubai
Let me recommend Roman Chukov for participation in the Summit on the Global Agenda in Dubai as bright young
leader with a global comprehension. Roman is a Global Shaper and, by the way, was invited to participate at the WEF
Annual Meeting 2015 among only 50 Global Shapers from across the Globe. You can learn more about him in his CV
in attached file.
At the moment Roman works in the Moscow City Investment Agency, Government of Moscow, and his most recent
project was Moscow's investment opportunities promotion brochure: "Moscow: a city open for investors". I believe that
he could actively participate and bring fresh ideas to the work of the Global Agenda Council on Russia, taking into
consideration his strong global governance expertise and accomplishments. Prior to the current occupation, Roman
worked in the G20 and G8 Expert Councils of the Russian Presidencies in 2013-2014 and continues research on the
evolution of the policy and role of the Russian Federation in the G8 and the G20.
His wide range of the international youth activities for the previous 6 years includes representation of Russia at J8
EFTA00643847
Summit 2009 in Rome, Russia-France Students Forum 2010 in Paris, Russia-Italy Youth Summit 2011 in Moscow, Y20
Summit 2012 in Mexico, G8/G20 Youth Summit 2012 in the USA, APEC Youth Festival 2012 in Russia, World
Economic Forum Moscow Meetings 2012-2013, SPIEF 2012-2013, Change the World FAO and Change the World UN
events in Rome and New-York in March, 2014.
In 2009-2012 Roman worked as Council Member of the J8 Club Russia - a Russian youth-led NGO formed by the
G8/G20 Youth Summits alumni, who work in the sphere of education and youth diplomacy. Since 2013 Roman served
as President of the J8 Club Russia and represents Russia in the International Diplomatic Engagement Association
(IDEA, formerly G8 & G20 Youth Network) - a network of youth-led NGOs, who is responsible for selecting young
people in the G8/G20 countries to take part in the youth formats of the G8 and G20.
In 2013 he has successfully conducted the Y20 Russia 2013 Summit on 18-21 June in St. Petersburg as the Y20
Chair. The Y20 Summit resulted in presenting the final communique to the Russian President Vladimir Putin at the
SPIEF, where roman had a leading presentation.
Since 2012 as part of his non-profit activities and as Global Dignity City-Chair in St. Petersburg he has conducted
Global Dignity Day in St Petersburg for three times in 10 schools and University of St. Petersburg for more than 3000
students. Global Dignity is the initiative of the World Economic Forum, where Roman participates in the Global Shapers
Community on behalf of the St. Petersburg Hub, which Roman has been invited to form in 2012 and then became the
Vice-Curator.

Hi Jeffrey!
how are you? Did you get to Paris? Vova said you were coming 6 February.
Regarding the talents, at WEF in Davos, i met a young global shaper, a 21 year old Russian man, Roma
Chukov, who has achieved a lot of things for his young age : he represents Russia at G20 for Youth, Y20,
at the meetings with Govermental officials, Presidents etc. Roma presents the opinion on economic,
political, environmental issues from the Youth perspective to the Presidents of the countries, CEOs of
major companies and other shapers of the world at G20, World Economic Forum and other international
summits around the world.
He is very talented, ambitious and determined, has the similar to
educational background in
international relations/economics.
Roma told me he would love to work at UN in New york or to bring his drive and determination to USA in
any other way.
Now he works in Moscow Investments company besides many other global projects where he is involved.
I conceive that it is a wonderful opportunity for both of you to meet, maybe to do a skype talk, and to see
how Roma Chukov could contribute to Jeffrey's Epstein numerous projects (google).
The videos i found online about Roma :

Roma, please do not hesitate to make a 2 mins video where you say what you are best at and what are your
special skills and how you can imagine contributing to one of Jeffrey's projects.
Looking forward to hearing from both of you.
Kind re arc
