Amir, Reporty's CEO, told me that Alan called him and raise a possible interest of you to invest .5M if that's still in the original old valuation. It is somewhat regretful that Alan raised it with Amir rather than with me. Because me and JE didn't tell Reporty people of our arrangements. However, I don't see any major damage at this point. Anyhow, (if you've reached a conclusion that you're ready) we, JE and myself held this opportunity open for you. Of course it will make you an investor at the very first, old, low valuation. Please let us know if that's the case and Darren and Udi (JE and my lawyers respectively) can carry it on from here.
