attached, sketch of the site layout and pic's of it laid out
sketch shows the actual relationship of the building/deck to the palms
pic 15 and 16 show the east/west alignment,kite house west and the little island east just off the tip of st.thomas
the deck is 14' and limited south by the palms(they are movable?)
the north side of the building is approching the limit of the hill
