From: Eduardo Guendelman To: jeffrey E. CC: Tho Subject: comments by Richard Keyworth Date: Wed, 07 Oct 2015 11:17:59 +0000 Dear Jeffrey, here is an answer to your concerns from the representative of the company we were thinking that should build the center, Richard Keyworth, who had the following comments concerning your fears, HI Eduardo, It is easy to make assumptions following the media reports on Long Island, which have focussed on the damage, obviously. I think we can easily allay Mr Epstein's fears, once he realises the type and location of the major damage and the property involved. A lot of the damage was caused by a storm surge to very low lying properties. This will be of no concern on the land we have in mind at Stella Mans Village which is on high ground. Also the direct high wind damage was to property with a less robust construction. The new Center, along with all our new builds at Stella Maris Village are built to Category S hurricane standard. Our recently constructed new show home has suffered no structural damage at all during the storm. Perhaps you could relay this message to Mr Epstein. Best wishes Richard Keyworth may be can ask Richard for more details latter, best, Eduardo From: inirm rrwrtx Sent: Wednesday, October 07, 2015 1:04 PM To: Jeffrey E. As you know there is a new situation in Long Island Bahamas due to the big destruction caused by hurricane Joaquin, how it affects our plans?, well, it adds a new dimension to the motivation to build a Physics center in Long Island Bahamas, in addition to the scientific side, such a project will enhance the moral of the islanders and probably get strong support and endorsement from the goverment of Bahamas and other Bahamian organizations, I am sure everybody will be very grateful to you if you were to participate in the advancement of a high level center for Bahamas, for both scientific and humanitarian reasons. By the way, after all the destruction in Long Island Bahamas, I do not think you have to worry about people in the center being distracted other things, the Island is not so attractive now, scientists will feel now even more isolated, just will have to worry about thinking and carrying out their research, I am now back in Beer Sheva, best regards, Eduardo Guendelman Beer Sheva„ Israel. please note The information contained in this communication is confidential, may be attorney-client privileged, may constitute inside information, and is intended only for the use of the addressee.
