We tried to reach Cecile but could not. Will keep updating until we have a long term resolution in place. Tom Thomas Mukamal President Island Global Yachting Ltd. 717 Fifth Avenue New York, New York 10022 EFTA00652508 F Begin forwarded message: From: "Jones, Kenny" <1 Date: March 17, 2013, 5:16:30 PM EDT To: "Mukamal, Thomas" Subject: Kenny -AYH Tom At approximately 15:45hr's today two of the several hundred vertical steel supports dropped between 4 and 6 inches. The 2 steel supports are situated below the top large balcony that overlooks the marina. After a visual inspection carried out by Joe Walling (He was on the balcony when it happened) and several of the AYH staff, the decision was made to close the Island Time Bar, that is situated on the top balcony and totally secure of this area as well as the area below. To enhance the security area we have posted two security guards, who will be in situ until tomorrow morning. Further remedial action has taken place in hammering in very large pressure treated timbers alongside the steel supports that dropped. The 2 supports that dropped are still in situ and firmly in place. The team on the ground have thoroughly inspected `from above and below' and cannot see any cracks in the concrete or pointing between the tiles. An engineering contractor has already been contacted and will be on site first thing tomorrow morning. The focus is on insuring that no St Patrick's day celebrators wander onto or below the structure. Fortunately it is raining so there is less visitors to the facility than expected. The opinion on the ground, is that with the wooden bracing supporting the existing steel supports. There is little likelihood of any catastrophic failure between now and tomorrow morning. Regarding communication, we only have Cecil's office phone number who I understand was present when all the above took place. Unfortunately there is no answer, so I am unable to contact any of Epstein's representatives. Joe is still working on the facility and will attempt to give a briefing to any Epstein representatives should he find any. I will update further if there is any change and will be in contact with AYH first thing tomorrow. Feel free to call if you want any more information.
