The basic need to get construction moving and completed through the TCO is $378,000 , this is what I worked
out with contractor ( $250,000 now , remaining number is other trades)
plus I would add an additional $200,000 for restaurant and hotel payables and payrolls until it can close
Even though I am told it will close shortly I need to plan this out for at least two plus weeks
First Republic liked what they saw and have asked for the material for the underwriting
Hopefully lawyers ( my brothers and real estate lawyer work out simple path to closing)
