This one hour presentation emphasizes the ethical considerations attorneys should consider while conducting or managing an investigation. Topics include client confidentiality, evidence collection, chain of custody and other evidentiary issues as well as new issues arising as a result of the proliferation of social media. If you are unable to attend or have a group, please contact us and, if possible, IMG will work with you to arrange a presentation of this CLE on-site at your office. On March 23rd, from I pm-2pm, IMG is pleased to offer a I credit New York State Continuing Legal Education course addressing changes and compliance entitled "Best Investigative Practices: Due Diligence." This one hour presentation covers the legal landscape during the due diligence process along with important techniques and tactics to utilize while performing due diligence. Our program will also detail how investigative services can be utilized for compliance purposes, essential in today's changing legal environment. If you are unable to attend or have a group, please contact us and, if possible, IMG will work with you to arrange a presentation of this CLE on-site at your office. IMG's Digital Forensic/Cyber Security division can assist with a comprehensive assessment of your I.T. systems.
