The banker explained to me that bank has obligations to make available the information to state tax inspectorate about big amount transfers and that means that I would have to pay taxes of 15% from the amount received... in this case in order to avoid paying taxes the safest way of course would be to manage transfer money in cash.. up to 10,000 Euro in cash person doesn't have to declare at the border when entering Lithuania. You said you might be coming to Paris next week? Maybe I could meet you there and solve all this avoiding wire transfers and taxations?
