Epstei n David Wayne Garrard 4:43am Sep') Mr. Epstein,lf possible, the following message requires immediate attention. I am the COO, Exec VP and Program Director for a new air ambulance program being formed in St. Thomas with bases planned for both the southern and western Caribbean. As you may be aware, lives in the US Virgin Islands as well as the entire Caribbean Basin am unnecessarily at risk daily. When someone in the Virgin Islands or frankly anywhere in the Caribbean is ill or injured, they must wait hours and sometimes even days for an air ambulance to arrive from the continental United States. Our company AAC - Air Ambulance Caribbean, LLC through its DBA "Flight 4 Life" will be filling an enormous void by providing rotor wing air ambulance services in the US Virgin Islands and fixed wing turboprop and jet air ambulance services in the Virgin Islands as well as the remainder of the Caribbean. We have spent over two years researching the need, conducting a market analysis and researching what will be our competitors in the United States. We have also spent this time developing relationships with and obtaining the support of the hospitals and physicians of the Virgin Islands as well as the entire Caribbean basin. This project started as a dream to help the people of the Virgin Islands and it has now come to fruition as we recently received a commitment from the Life Sciences Fund of Alliance Warburg Capital Management. Inc to fund AAC S 10.75 Million. Dr. Stephen Canady who is both a Physician and Alliance Warburg's Vice President of Structured Finance reviewed our Business Plan and associated documents in its entirety. Dr. Canady's wife is a native St. Thomian and they spend a significant amount of time in the Caribbean. Therefore he clearly has an understanding of the compelling need for EFTA00662256 an air ambulance service to benefit both the citizens of the Caribbean as well as the tourists. Dr. Canady has made a commitment to fund AAC and his position with Alliance affords him the capability of pushing our project through due diligence.Alliance-Warburg traditionally only funds up to 95% of a project therefore we must have 5% in an escrow account prior to disbursement of hinds. We have a local Senator who was willing to secure a loan for the 5% against real estate holding he owns with two additional partners. However he is being required by finance companies to sub divide and re appraise the property. This process may take months. We learned this week that we must provide a SI5,000 due diligence fee to Alliance by September 30th and complete the due diligence process or we will be required to wait until after January 2013 and risk loosing funding. With our letter of intent that was provided by Alliance, we arc seeking an immediate bridge loan of $15,000 plus a legal commitment to provide $537,000.00 to our escrow account for 30 — 60 days once we have completed the formal due diligence process and terms have been issued and signed. In return, we arc offering an outstanding ROI of 20% interest on the $552,500.00 which will be SI10,500.00. Upon disbursement of funds. Alliance Warburg will transfer the principal of $552,500.00 plus interest of S110,500.00 to you for a total of $663,000.00.By assisting us with this short bridge loan, you will benefit all the people of the Virgin Islands and the entire Caribbean basin. We have a Non-Disclosure Agreement, our comprehensive business plan and all associated documents including the Letter of Intent from Alliance Warburg that we can provide you. Furthermore, both Anthony Merril, Alliance's Caribbean Projects Manager and Dr. Stephen Canady are available to speak with you and give their assurances that Air Ambulance Caribbean; LLC will be funded as long as we are able to place 5% in an escrow account until funds are disbursed. After reviewing our business plan and market research, hopefully you will understand the terrible need for Air Ambulance Services in the Caribbean and will be willin to speak with either myself or our CEO. Jay Monahan. I may be contacted 24/7 at or by email at Jay may be contacted at or by email at You may also contact our attorney. Russell Pate at On behalf of the people of the Virgin Islands and the entire Caribbean basin, I would like to thank you for your time and consideration of this project.Sincerely,David W.
