Importance: Normal
Sir,
Update below via RB provided to RK last week in my absence.
Please note we are all pushing vendors to provide their services, or to review their selective areas and to
provide quotes.
I have selected vendors for other quotes for front door, for waxing, and for sheers, which should be coming next
week.
(I am staying on RB to keep pressure on vendors in my absence. He is working very well with me. He will be
using forms I attached for your review with ZR budget to meet RK's requirements on all expenses and vendor
quotes.)
I am reviewing candidates for 9 E server and LSJ island individual/team as well.
Best regards,
Mark

Rich here is an update 1) Fire Alarm project delayed due to equipment problems, John from Gunzer Electric
came to start project last week and smoke detectors that were ordered were the wrong type. John from Gunzer
is working on a new scope of work and different equipment list that should drive the price of the project down.

equipment issues working to resolve installation issues. 3) Front door scanner waiting on proposals from Tyco
Security, Sawyers, and Stanley Security , Stanley is scheduled to come back to look at project again due to Andy
Mc Caffery being let go before he could provide a proposal .4 )Front door restoration we have provided one

the owner of Simply Elegant will come by tomorrow to see the project due to a very high quote from his wood
specialist because or the removal of the old wax and the height and size of the room and the liability involved.
