EFTA00663256 From: To: Subject: RE: 71st update Date: Wed, 9 Oct 2013 20:08:17 +0000 Rich here is an update 1) Fire Alarm project delayed due to equipment problems, John from Gunzer Electric came to start project last week and smoke detectors that were ordered were the wrong type. John from Gunzer is working on a new scope of work and different equipment list that should drive the price of the project down. Stanley Security need to come back in next week to re do the project proposal and equipment list. When new scope of work is approved and equipment arrives Gunzer Electric will call to schedule installation.. 2) Landover Cooling Tower at 71st Street to install new cooling tower motors today, the work is in progress various equipment issues working to resolve installation issues. 3) Front door scanner waiting on proposals from Tyco Security, Sawyers, and Stanley Security , Stanley is scheduled to come back to look at project again due to Andy Mc Caffery being let go before he could provide a proposal .4 )Front door restoration we have provided one proposal Simply Elegant, Marco Restoration looked at the front door yesterday and will provide a proposal also Artistic Finishing looked at the front door yesterday. 5) Living Room French wax job, Marcos restoration is also bidding this work and also Artistic finishing, Simply Elegant sent his wood specialist to see the project and Tony the owner of Simply Elegant will come by tomorrow to see the project due to a very high quote from his wood specialist because or the removal of the old wax and the height and size of the room and the liability involved.
