As you know the Boeing BBJ market has been our speciality since 2001 when we sold the first BBJ ever to resell. Since then we have been fortunate enough to sell 29 pre-owned BBJ's including the last 3 aircraft to trade in the past 12 months. I sold the BBJ-2 S/N 32777 to its present owners in 2007 and now they want to sell it outright OR they would consider trading down. When I mentioned your clients Boeing 727-100 S/N 20115, they thought this might make a sensible solution for them. We have scrutinized the Specifications thoroughly on your Boeing 727-100 AND we have been authorized to submit the following proposal for your perusal. The official Asking Price for our BBJ-2 S/N 32777 is $ 39.5 million USD and if we allow $3.5 million USD for your aircraft The Price Difference should be equal to $36.0 million USD However in summary, as a gesture of good faith you can see we have already reduced the price difference by a further $4.5 million USD in order to try and get a deal done. Not only is BBJ-2 S/N 32777 in exception condition It was one of the nicest Boeing BBJ's ever built to date. The completion was done in 2003 to the highest standards possible by Lufthansa Technik in Germany. I have ridden in this aircraft many times AND it is definitely one of the quietest BBJ's ever built. Of course with the BBJ-2 you get almost 30% more interior cabin than the BBJ-1 so you truly feel all the benefits of a "Big Cabin" aircraft. We do have a couple of other interested parties currently looking at our aircraft but we will gladly leave our formal Offer open to your clients acceptance until the end of this week.
