Dear Richard,
Taking advantage that Jermaine was sending photos from my computer, all I would like to say, I am working on
the columns, horizontal surfaces and cabinets.
Working with wax is "easy" and "difficult" at the same time. When you apply the wax to the surface, wax
penetrates the surface and make it a bit deeper looking color.
When it dries, it shows less intensity. So, I am working on the columns in a manner, that I am adjusting the
color to the intensity Mr. Epstein showed me.
He was gracious to come to the Library and show me what exactly he wants. I adhere strictly to his samples. Of
course, I am adjusting the intensity of colors, so when he comes, he will not be disappointed. Trust me, I will
leave "no stone unturned". I am sorry, I did not write to you last night, but I worked over time and when I came
back, all I could do is to crash into bed.
Again, the columns may look a bit different in certain time of the day. You have three sources of light in Mr.
Epstein's Library and this will determine the outcome.
Very kindly,
Brandon
